Wendy Williams reportedly continues to become a troubled star as a source said she is no longer living in reality.

Williams sparked concerns recently as she offered a "bizarre" claim that she had already married an NYPD cop. However, that does not seem to be the case as an insider close to the talk show how said that the claim only proved "how close to the edge of reality she has gone."

In a statement to The Sun, the source insisted that the "Wendy Williams Show" show is no longer living in reality and is already "out of it."

Others also disclosed to the news outlet that Williams often forgets who she is speaking to.

"You can be on the phone with her, and she will ask who she's speaking to. It's happening to everyone in her circle," another insider said.

A separate source, however, detailed that it does not happen with new people in her life but also with her friends she has known for years.

Meanwhile, her new manager Will Selby offered a contradicting statement and disclosed she never forgot him but had to "jog her memory about who people are on occasion, but she has never totally forgotten who someone is."

Wendy Williams' Bizarre Marriage Claim

The recent worries came out after Williams claimed that she married an NYPD officer named Henry. Selby himself clarified to Page Six that the host is yet to marry the police and only established the relationship recently. The relationship is reportedly in "really, really early stages."

"I've been with Wendy since the very beginning and she's never talked like this, but I don't think it's her fault. It's a precarious situation," Williams' brother, Tommy, told the news outlet. "She wasn't getting married last week. sI think it's kind of crazy, and very unnerving."

He revealed that he spoke to his sister recently but did not mention anything about her "husband."

It was not the first time she sparked worries, though.

Recently, it was revealed that Williams also boasted about her podcast, although she has not received a deal yet.

One source told The Sun that most companies purportedly passed as they did not want to get involved in her drama. They believed that she would do the work each day.

Her friends were also anxious as her behavior clearly showed she was not yet ready to return to the industry.
