It's been three years since the first "Knives Out" movie came out on Netflix, and Daniel Craig hasn't been using the accent he used in the film leading him to forget how his character spoke. Recently, he revealed that he managed to regain his voice before filming the sequel.

In an interview with Empire Magazine's profile of "Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery," the "James Bond" actor revealed that he worked with an accent coach for three or four months before going back on set.

The reason is that he'd "forgotten" the Southern accent he initially used for the character of detective Benoit Blanc.

"I didn't want to do a pastiche. I wanted to make it as grounded and as anchored in reality as possible," he added. (via Variety)

In the first movie, his accent was described as a "Kentucy-fried Foghorn Leghorn drawl" by Chris Evan's character Ransom Drysdale.

Craig's voice drastically changed in the film as he's popularly known for his British accent, which he used over the past 15 years for the role of James Bond.
