Angelina Jolie is not holding back anymore amid Brad Pitt's continuous attacks.

Amid Brangelina's nasty divorce and custody battle, the estranged couple engaged in another damaging legal issue over their previously co-owned wine business.

After Pitt filed a lawsuit against Jolie about their Chateau Miraval, the "Maleficent" actress accused him of plotting war against her through the most recent legal issue.

In response to this, she filed a countersuit through her business, Nouvel, and began seeking more than $250 million in damages.

In the documents obtained by PEOPLE, Jolie said that Pitt waged "a vindictive war" after she filed for divorce in 2016.

Part of the filing reads: "These counterclaims lay bare the true nature of Pitt's egregious misconduct. To be clear, it is Pitt, and not Jolie, Nouvel or any of the other Defendants, who has acted in a hostile, destructive, and illegal manner. Pitt's behavior has caused serious harm to Nouvel."

Jolie, through her attorneys, said that the 58-year-old "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" actor masterminded a successful plan to have control of their winery, alleging that he froze Jolie's company out of it.

She also accused him of wasting Chateau Miraval's assets by spending millions on vanity projects, including the restoration of the recording studio. The filing claims Jolie tried to enter a negotiation with Pitt for months, but he dropped whopping demands, including the prevention of public talks about their marriage.

Meanwhile, a source close to Pitt called the filing Jolie's attempt to misdirect and reposition the truth.

Angelina Jolie Damaged Brad Pitt's Reputation

Jolie's response came after the "World War Z" actor submitted a court filing at Los Angeles County Superior Court, in which he accused his estranged wife of intentionally harming him by selling her part in Chateau Miraval.

He alleged she never sought his consent before selling her share in the multi-million-dollar global business.

Pitt also said that Nouvel owed him and his company the right of first refusal, but Jolie infringed it.

Like Jolie, he is asking for damages "in an amount to be proven at trial." He also wants the court to nullify and void Jolie's purported sale. Among the charges he filed against the actress include breach of implied-in-fact contract, breach of quasi-contract, abuse of rights under Article 6-1 of the Luxembourg Civil Code, and constructive trust.
