Tom Felton rose to popularity because of his role as Draco Malfoy in the "Harry Potter" movies, but little did the public know that he earned millions of dollars even though he only appeared less than an hour in all films combined; how much is his net worth?

According to Celebrity Net Worth, the 35-year-old actor's estimated net worth is around $20 million dollars. His earnings mainly come from his work as an actor.

Aside from the "Harry Potter" franchise, he also starred in several popular films like "Rise of the Planet of the Apes," "Megan Leavy," "Feed," "The Borrowers," and on television programs like "The Flash," and many more.

In addition, Felton is also a musician as he started his own record label called Six String Productions. His first song "Hawaii" was released in 2010 and it was the beginning of a successful music career as he dropped more music-related projects in the future.

Tom Felton Earned MILLIONS Despite Appearing in 'Harry Potter' Films for Less Than an Hour

According to Daily Mail UK, the English actor was paid £14million ($16,269,330) for his role as Draco Malfoy in the "Harry Potter" franchise.

The character was Harry Potter's school foe in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft. He appeared across eight movies.

Felton's role became popular to fans, but a breakdown by IMBd reveals that he only appeared for a total of 31 minutes and 45 seconds in all movies.

Since he was not a main character in the franchise, his screen time was significantly lesser than the three major roles played by Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter), Emma Watson (Hermione Granger), and Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley).

Per the outlet, Radcliffe had 539 minutes of screentime, Watson had 205 minutes, and Rupert had 211 minutes.

The Mirror reported that his appearance throughout the movies equates to being paid $451,613 per minute of screentime.

In a previous interview, Felton admitted that he was irresponsible with his money at the time when the movies were released.

Since he was younger back then, the actor said he bought "a lot of rubbish things" like skateboards, clothes, and other "typical teenage stuff." Later on, he "wasted a lot of money" on cars like BMW for himself and his family.

Felton learned his lesson when he had a problem with the taxman, but his finances became stable after an accountant helped him.
