Sean "Diddy" Combs' ex Cassie has filed a lawsuit against the music mogul, accusing him of rape, physical abuse and sex trafficking.

The complaint, which was filed in New York Thursday and obtained by Page Six, alleged that Diddy "lured" Cassie - born Casandra Ventura - into an "ostentatious, fast-paced, and drug-fueled lifestyle, and into a romantic relationship with him" not long after the pair met in 2005, and he signed the "Me & U" singer to his record label, Bad Boy Records, the following year.

Diddy allegedly "exerted his power and influence" over Cassie, who met the rapper when she was 19 and he was 37, throughout their professional and romantic relationship, the filing claimed.

According to the lawsuit, Diddy allegedly forced Cassie, now 37, into sexual acts with male sex workers while he filmed, "frequently" beat her "savagely" and supplied her with drugs.

In a statement to Page Six, Diddy's attorney, Ben Brafman, vehemently denied the "offensive and outrageous" accusations, claiming that Cassie had been demanding $30 million from the rapper and that the lawsuit aimed to tarnish his reputation.

Brafman claimed that Cassie initially threatened to write a damaging book about their relationship and accused her of "seeking a payday" by filing a lawsuit "riddled with baseless and outrageous lies."

Cassie's filing claimed that Diddy's alleged violent behavior was witnessed by his staff and employees, creating a culture of fear around him.

She further alleged that Diddy raped her in 2018, detailing a specific incident where he allegedly forced his way into her home.

The lawsuit stated that she repeatedly tried to escape the allegedly abusive relationship, but Diddy's influence, including his vast network of corporations, made it difficult for her to break free.

In addition, Cassie alleged that those who worked for Diddy's companies would tell her it "would hinder her success in the entertainment industry" if she hid and did not return to him.

In a statement to Page Six, Cassie addressed her lawsuit, saying, "After years in silence and darkness, I am finally ready to tell my story and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships."

"With the expiration of New York's Adult Survivors Act fast approaching, it became clear that this was an opportunity to speak up about the trauma I have experienced and that I will be recovering from for the rest of my life," she added.

Cassie's lawyer, Douglas Wigdor, also countered the claims made by Diddy's attorney, claiming that the record executive had offered eight figures to silence his ex, which she rejected.

Diddy opted to limit who can comment on his Instagram posts after Cassie's lawsuit became public, Page Six reported.

The rapper had teased new music on his account just hours ahead of the filing.

The two dated on and off for 10 years until officially ending their relationship in 2018. Their professional relationship lasted until 2019.

Cassie is now married to fitness trainer Alex Fine, while Diddy is in an open relationship with City Girls rapper Yung Miami.
