Meghan Markle and Prince Harry got dragged into the bombshell revelations in the new book "Endgame," with several netizens slamming them.

Royal commentator and biographer Omid Scobie is releasing a new book this week. In "Endgame: Inside the Royal Family and the Monarchy's Fight for Survival," he made several allegations against the members of the royal family, calling Kate Middleton lazy, Prince William hot-headed and King Charles a "flawed father."

He also made a reference to the "tampon gate" controversy, a private telephone conversation between the monarch and Queen Camilla in 1989 that leaked to the press and seemingly suggested Buckingham Palace lied she would never be Queen because she's now "finally tolerated by the public."

Several netizens immediately reacted after reading the excerpts and reports about the upcoming book. Many blamed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, with several accusing them of being involved in Scobie's publication.

"To Meghan and Harry, I hope you are living a good life in [the] US. 'Endgame' is coming for both of you. No coming back to [the] UK or Royal Family. You both going [to] end up like Edward and Mrs. Simpson..Duke and Duchess of Windsor .. History is repeating itself....I hope WME cancel[sic] you," one wrote.

"#AmidScabies is a known pathological liar who's not taken seriously. #Endgame was for sure commissioned by Meghan Markle & Prince Harry because they've nothing left to lose IMO," another user alleged.

"Omid Scobie must admit that this book is an attack coming from Harry, Meghan & him. The book has been incredibly discredited. It's full of lies, contradictions & assassination characters. This shows how bitter, heartless, jealous & insecure Meghan, Harry & him are. #Endgame," a third person added

Meanwhile, some seemingly defended the Sussexes and the author. According to them, the book seemed enjoyable, and it is not Prince Harry and Markle's story.

"Despite what you've read in the press, #Endgame is not Harry's and Meghan's story. And as a history buff, I'm really enjoying Omid's perspective on events and the words he uses to drive home his points. Lol! At times, I've found myself thinking, DAMNNNN!" one tweeted. Another agreed, "Exactly! It's about the monarchy as an institution & its current functioning at this point in time. It's not H&M's story & isn't trying to be that. It's a broader description of the larger historical context of the monarchy as a whole & what its future may look like."

"That's why I pre-ordered it. I'm a history buff. That's the lens I'm reading it though," a third person wrote

Scobie made several charges against the royal family but seemingly excluded the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. However, he denied that Prince Harry and Markle were involved in the book, especially the former "Suits" star.

"No, and I'm not her friend. I didn't interview her for this book," Scobie told The Sunday Times.

"Endgame: Inside the Royal Family and the Monarchy's Fight for Survival" hits shelves on Tuesday.
