Todah Music, Henrique's record label, released a statement via Instagram expressing grief over the loss.
In Portuguese, the label described Henrique as a "happy young man, a friend to everyone," highlighting his role as a devoted husband and father.
The singer is survived by his wife, Suillan Barreto, and their 1-month-old daughter, Zoe.
"There is no pastor or Christian in Brazil who says anything other than this: Pedro is simple, he is a believer! What a smile! How nice! What voice! The kind of people that are great to have around!" his record label said, according to a translation by E! News.
Todah Music emphasized Henrique's impact as a believer and artist, stating, "The songs in his voice will not die, and his legacy will remain through his wife, his little daughter Zoe, and so many lives that were and will be reached by Christ through the records of his voice."
"To Suilan and all her family and friends, our deepest regret, our respect, full support in all areas we can help, and our sincere hug! We have rejoiced so many times together, and now we weep with those who weep," the label added.
Despite the sorrow, Todah Music celebrated the artist's joyful spirit, "enchanting" voice and his "smile full of love and light" in another statement on Instagram.
Henrique's team told Billboard Brasil that the artist's wake and burial are set to take place in Porto Seguro, Bahia, his birthplace.
Influencer Lôise Abreu, who organized the private event where Henrique collapsed, shared an excerpt of his performance on social media shortly before the unfortunate incident. The show was broadcast live on social media networks.
Henrique had been scheduled for performances in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro later this month.
On Thursday, a day after his passing, Henrique's new single "Medley: Levanta / Não Fica Assim / Descendência (Ao Vivo)" was released posthumously.
The gospel singer's sudden death has deeply affected the Brazilian music scene, leaving fans and the community in shock.
