Madonna called out a fan for sitting down during her "The Celebration Tour" concert in Los Angeles.

In video clips shared on X and TikTok, the "Like A Virgin" singer appeared to call out a fan who was sitting down amid a standing, cheering crowd, saying, "What are you doing sitting down over there? What are you getting sitting down?"

As she walked to the edge of the stage to get closer to the concertgoer for a response, she realized the fan was wheelchair-bound.

Realizing her mistake, the 65-year-old singer said, "Oh, OK. Politically incorrect. Sorry about that. I'm glad you are here."

Many netizens shared their thoughts and reactions to the clips that went viral. Some said Madonna's apology was not enough.

"'Politically incorrect,' no girl, that was just MEAN," commented one TikTok user.

"She did not apologize enough," wrote another.

"'Sorry about that. I'm glad you're here' sounded very insincere though," stated someone else.

"That is a sad apology! What the heck? Refund them their ticker!" claimed a different netizen.

"She should have gone over there and given her a hug," said a fifth user.

Others commented that the singer's remark was "humiliating," "awkward" and "mortifying."

"As someone who can walk but cannot stand, this would have been humiliating to be singled out," shared a different netizen.

"[This is] so awkward," another remarked.

"Ugh, that person must have been mortified," another person opined.

Meanwhile, some netizens took it lightly and said it was just a "senior citizen moment" and that the pop icon "is funny."

"The Celebration Tour" is Madonna's ongoing 12th concert tour. It kicked off in October 2023 and will conclude in April.

For two hours, the "Justify My Love" singer performs more than two dozen of her hit songs in every concert, commemorating her 40 years in the music scene.

She announced her concert tour in January 2023 with an NSFW version of "Truth or Dare" with stars Diplo, Judd Apatow, Jack Black, Lil Wayne, Bob The Drag Queen, Kate Berlant, Larry Owens, Meg Stalter, Eric Andre and Amy Schumer.

Schumer challenged the singer, saying, "Madonna, I dare you to do a world tour and play your greatest (expletive) hits."

"Four decades? As in 40 years? As in all those songs? That's a lot of songs. You think people would come to that show?" she asked the artists at the roundtable.

"OK, so the answer is: (expletive) yeah," she responded after everyone in the room said, "Yes."
