After Scott Disick was proven to be Mason Disick's biological father through testing, Michael Girgenti-- the self-proclaimed dad of Kourtney Kardashian's son-- said he believes the paternity test result "could have been fixed."

A rep for Girgenti told Radar Online the male model does not "trust the results and believe it could have been fixed." The spokesperson said they intend to dispute Kardashian's announcement that he is not Mason's father. Girgenti is "going to court to fight for court ordered results," said the rep.

Kardashian announced the results of her son Mason's paternity test Thursday in a statement to E! News.

"After three-and-a-half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father," she said. "While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies--especially when the truth was never in doubt--this story must be put to rest."

Girgenti told InTouch Weekly in March that he slept with Kardashian in March 2009 -- nine months before she gave birth to Mason on Dec. 14, 2009. He said they met after they posed alongside each other for 944 magazine in August 2008.

Girgenti filed a request for joint custody of Mason on Aug. 8 in a bid to force the mother-of-two to have the toddler take a paternity test. TMZ obtained a copy of Girgenti's petition filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Girgenti wrote he had "unprotected vaginal sex" with the reality star and he "ejaculated inside [her] vagina" in his Glendale home.
