On Sunday night, Justin Timberlake and a briefly reunited *NSYNC took the Barclay Center stage togeather.

Nearing almost two decades in the singing industry, Timberlake made a monumental performance at the MTV Video Music Awards before accepting his Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.

In a pre-taped performance, the artist stared outside the auditorium walking through backstage as he slowly gathered more and more backup dancers. Singing Take Back The Night from The 20/20 Experience: 2 of 2, Timberlake made it to the edge of the stage, taking his place in front of the crowd as the camera spun around.

Starting with Sexy Back, the popular artist ran through a medley of his greatest hits. Drawing from his extensive releases, Timberlake performed snippets from Like I Love You, Señorita, Rock Your Body, Cry Me a River, Mirrors, and Suit and Tie before bringing his *NSYNC partners out in order to sing the ever popular Bye Bye Bye.

After a nearly 20 minute mini-concert, Timberlake finally paused long enough to receive his hard-earned award.

Timberlake has released three albums in his post-*NSYNC years, the last of which debut in March. At the end of September, the iconic singer will drop yet another record, The 20/20 Experience: 2 of 2, a follow up to The 20/20 Experience.
