Richard Simmons Twerking To The Oldies [VIDEO], Gives Crazy Interview on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live'

Richards Simmons appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Wednesday night and gave viewers quite an eyeful.

During the interview, Simmons opened up about the MTV Video Music Awards and Miley Cyrus' infamous twerking performance. Moments later, host Jimmy Kimmel flashed to a clip of Simmons' "new project": Richard Simmons Twerking To The Oldies.

The clip featured senior citizens "twerking away the pounds."  (Of course, the project was only a joke.) Watch the video below.

The interview got weirder though. He sat down on fellow guest Bill Hader and started sucking his thumb. He then laid down on Kimmel's desk and lifted his leg over his head.

Simmons then turned to Hader and said in a Latin accent, "I want to sing with you."

Finally, Simmons stood up and started undressing, stripping down to a leotard. He turned around and put on a wig, conducting the rest of his interview as a woman.

He started singing again, and even wound up on Kimmel's desk one more time.
