Miley Cyrus Pregnant by Liam Hemsworth Rumors Confirmed? 'Baby Trap' Explained by Sources in New Report
A new report in OK! magazine claims that Liam Hemsworth wanted to break up with ex-fiance Miley Cyrus months before they actually announced their split in September, but that the Hunger Games actor stayed in the relationship longer because of a positive pregnancy test that changed everything.
This past spring Cyrus, 20, did a home pregnancy test and it turned out positive, according to a friend of the ex-couple, quoted in the article. The result was that the her relationship with Hemsworth, 23, dragged through the summer.
"Miley thought she was expecting and wanted to announce it to the world, even before she went to the doctor to verify the results, the friend told the magazine, published in its Oct. 7 issue. "Liam begged her not to go public yet, He was emotionally out of the romance for months by that point, though he was still sleeping with her. She agreed to stay quiet for Liam's sake."
The pregnancy test result "was totally terrifying" for Hemsworth and "changed the dynamic in the relationship," the source said.
The source added that Cyrus inadvertly trapped Hemsworth in the relationship. The Wrecking Ball singer told the Aussie if he left her alone, she would tell the world that he was in a way insensitive for leaving her at such a crucial time in her life.
"She begged him to stay and said hat he could have his space, as long as he didn't break up with her," the friend added. "So Liam obliged. He got his freedom and she got the right to say they were still engaged."
In the end, however, the former couple called off their engagement when Cyrus found out that she was in fact not pregnant -- the test was a false positive. Merely for the sake of appearances and out of obligation, at least, their relationship lurched on into September. What ultimately tore them apart and got them to part ways once and for all was Hemsworth's relationship with Eiza Gonzalez, the 23-year-old Mexican actress/singer Hemsworth was spotted kissed and flirting with.

A friend of Cyrus' snapped a photo of Hemsworth and Gonzalez together and once she saw it, she broke up with the actor via text message and then un-followed him on Twitter.
Tne former pair willl not remain friends, the source insisted.
"No way. Miley is a woman scorned. She's pissed," the insider explained to the publication. "She'll bite her tongue and not slam him in public, but wait for her next song. No doubt it will be full of hatefull lyrics about someone with initials L.H. Think Taylor Swift, but with more edge."
The magazine noted that reps for Cyrus and Hemsworth deny any pregnancy scare rumors.
