Miley Cyrus is trying to turn heads with her recent fashion choices but not everyone is impressed by the former Disney darling's newest image.

Project Runway's Tim Gunn told InTouch how much the 20-year-old star's new look disgusts him, saying that he's been "horrified" by her fashion choices lately. Gunn also revealed that if he had the chance to help Cyrus out with her fashion choices, he wouldn't take a conventional approach.

"I don't think I would say anything to her," he said. "I think I would haul off and give her a great big b---h slap. She needs to be shocked into listening."

Cyrus's most infamous recent fashion choice was her outfit she wore during the MTV Video Music Awards in August. As she started her now infamous performance with Robin Thicke, she started out in a one-piece teddy bear leotard, and then stripped down to a nude-colored PVC bikini. Her hair was twisted up into two small buns on the top of her head, and she accessorized her performance with a foam finger complete with polished fingernails on it.

As EnStars previously reported, the outfit has actually inspired a Halloween Costume that is set to be the most popular one of the year.

Since her infamous performance Cyrus has been consistently in the headlines, as her engagement with actor Liam Hemsworth officially ended shortly after. She has also shocked with her Wrecking Ball music video, and started a recent feud with Sinead O'Connor.
