Kanye West expressed his love for his girlfriend Kim Kardashian on Oct. 19 when he wore a shirt of her face and naked body.

The 36-year-old rapper kicked off his Yeezus tour in Seattle, Wash., and was spotted wearing a white T-shirt that featured a full-body drawing of his baby mother. The 33-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality star was nude on the shirt, though her dark hair and pearl necklaces covered her body parts. West's sixth studio album name, Yeezus, was written across her chest in white font. 

Us Weekly noted that the photo was similar to Kardashian's 2007 Playboy magazine spread.

A source revealed that Kardashian attended the concert, which was also evident from a Twitter photo she uploaded from the set. 

"Can't wait for tonight #YeezusTour," she tweeted that day. 

Kardashian, who is celebrating her 33rd birthday on Oct. 21, made recent headlines after she posted her first bikini photo since giving birth to North West on June 15. 

Though the reality star looked stunning in the white swimsuit that showed off her assets, many wondered if Kardashian had plastic surgery to lift her butt, Enstars reported earlier. 

"Unless you're one of the blessed people - and there aren't a lot of them out there, and most of the ones I've seen are Brazilian - very few women look like this after pregnancy," Dr. Steve Fallek, a New York City-based plastic surgeon, said. "No one has just weight gain in their buttocks, so it seems pretty likely she's had some work done. Implants, whether buttock or breast, don't change."
