Anger Management actor Charlie Sheen blasted his ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, on Friday for putting their 4 year-old twins, Bob and Max, in extreme danger.

In an interview with TMZ, Sheen revealed shocking details of his children's living conditions in Mueller's home and implied that she's using drugs.

"Its a horror show. It's the kids being around drugs, being around paraphernalia, being around drug dealers...people that come and go. It's a house filled with creeps that have no business being around children. Brooke included."

He went on to say that while he doesn't have evidence that Mueller is abusing drugs, he's certain that she is. He also revealed that she recently bought several animals like 12 water dragon lizards and many tarantulas, leaving Bob unable to sleep at night, and both of their children emotionally devastated.

"Bob cannot get through a night without waking up screaming about lizard monsters and spider monsters. It's just the wrong environment for any child. Much less my own... When they leave for the visits with her they're fine. When they come back... there's no logic...they throw stuff at the girls, they kick the dogs, they attack Denise... It's jeckle and hive behavior that is a direct result from the visits at Brooke's house."

He then revealed that Mueller isn't even supposed to be living at the house because he bought it for their sons and she told him she was living in a rehab facility.

In a phone call with the site, Sheen also said Mueller won't let the boys get therapy because she's afraid at what might be uncovered about her.

He went on a Twitter rant about Child Protective Services not doing their job and called the organization "Parental Protection Services" for allegedly being more concerned about protecting Brooke than their sons.
