Kim Zolciak's Post Baby Body PHOTO, 4 Days After Birth Of Twins Boy Kane Rem & Girl Kaia Rose Kroy Biermann
Kim Zolciak showed off her post-pregnancy body several days after she gave birth last week.
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star was snapped in Lawrenceville, Ga. walking with her husband Kroy Biermann on Nov. 29.
The reality star complimented her signature blonde locks with a black top featuring a plunging neckline that accented her cleavage, black pants and black Ugg boots. She and her NFL husband wore sunglasses as he pushed their twin newborns in a stroller.

After the images were leaked to the media, Zolciak received several compliments on Twitter.
"I dont want your money or your family, just your genes lol looking HOT!!!!" one user wrote.
"Seriously, scientists should study u, u look like u never had any babies let alone 2 a week ago," another tweeted.
Zolciak hinted her ideal post-pregnancy body when she shared a photo of Kelly Rowland on the cover of SHAPE. She wrote that she would like to use the Destiny's Child singer's personal trainer to help get her back to her previous size.
"This is why I must have @JeanetteJenkins get me in shape after the twins @kellyrowland killin it," she tweeted Sept. 14.

Zolciak shared the twins' arrival on Instagram on Nov. 24.
"The twins have arrived! We welcomed first a baby girl and second a handsome little boy! They are both healthy and Kroy and I are so thankful!!"
She also shared the infants' names and the reasons for picking them via Instagram the following day: "Girl: Kaia Rose (After 'psychic' Rose who is like Grandma to me and been a huge part of my life for 13 plus yrs) also the twins were born on Rose's Birthday!"
She then wrote, "Boy: Kane Ren (Ren after my OBGYN who has delivered 5 of the 6 kiddos, who has also been a big part of my life for 12 yrs and we simply adore him)."
Zolciak and Biermann wed in November 2011 and welcomed their first son, Kroy Jagger "KJ" Biermann, on May 30, 2011. Kash was born a year later on Aug. 15, 2012. Her two daughters, Brielle and Ariana, are from a previous relationship.
