Olympic diver Tom Daley surprised his fans when he came out as gay in a Youtube video on Monday, Dec. 2,  and it has now been revealed who he has been secretly dating.

E! News reported on Tuesday the 19-year-old is in a relationship with 39-year-old Academy Award winner Dustin Lance Black.

Black is known for having won both the Academy Award and the Writer's Guild of America Award for original screenplay in 2008 for Milk. The biopic was based on a true story about the late gay rights activist Harvey Milk, who was portrayed by Sean Penn. The lead actor won the Best Actor Oscar for the film that same year.

Daley and Black were spotted together for the first time on Oct. 10. Queerty published a photo of the pair on a coffee run in Hollywood.

The Olympic bronze medal winner announced his bisexuality when he shared in a clip that he is currently dating a man but still "fancies" women.

"Come spring this year, my life changed, massively, when I met someone and they make me feel so happy, so safe and everything just feels great. Well that someone is a guy," Daley said. "And it did take me by surprise a little bit. It was always in the back of my head that something like that could happen. But it wasn't until spring this year that something just clicked, it felt right. And I was like 'OK.' Like I said, my whole world just changed right there and then."

Daley said he wanted to share his personal life with his fans before he heads to Houston to train for the 2016 Olympics, which will be held in Brazil.
