Duck Dynasty's patriarch, Phil Robertson, recently got himself into a bit of hot water and, as the fate of the hit A&E show hangs in the balance, some fans continue to defend the reality TV star.

The senior Robertson has been suspended from the A&E show following an interview with GQ magazine, during which he made several remarks about homosexuality. While the Duck Commander purveyor's family and select celebrities, such as Bristol Palin, have defend Robertson, others have taken a stand to help speak out against his remarks.

Twitter recently took a step against the hunter by blocking istandwithphil.com from their tweets. The site, which is home to a petition that focuses on getting Robertson reinstated on the A&E show and is backed by Faith Driven Consumer, can no longer appear in users tweets, according to Zap2It.

"This marks at least the third major shutdown of a pro-Phil Robertson social media account since the story broke days ago," said Faith Driven Consumer in a statement, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Twitter has not issued a statement as to why the site was blocked, and it other social media sites, such Facebook, have not taken similar actions against on-site groups devoted to the return of Phil Robertson.
