While out in Los Angeles Jan. 21, the actress best known for playing Donna Martin on the long running 1990s teen drama, was seen taking a selfie of herself on her cell phone. While the image itself appeared to be just a close-up of her face, a paparazzi snap of her taking the photo appears to settle questions about whether or not she and McDermott are still together.

The picture appears to show that the actress and her husband of seven years have put their problems behind them and are at least working on repairing their marriage in the wake of the scandal.

It was revealed on Christmas Eve that McDermott reportedly cheated on his wife with 28-year-old model Emily Goodhand. The incident reportedly occurred while the 47-year-old was in Toronto to promote his new hosting gig on Food Network's Chopped: Canada.

Rumors have swirled about the couple's marriage ever since, especially after Spelling was spotted without her wedding ring around New Year's.

This is not the first time the couple has appeared to put their differences behind them. They were spotted leaving an L.A. building together on Jan. 9. The couple was smiling when they were noticed, though reports suggested the couple may have been leaving a therapist at the time.
