It looks like there's a little drama in the royal family as Prince Charles is reportedly trying to persuade Prince Harry from tying the knot with his long-time girlfriend, Cressinda Bonas, according to The National Enquirer.

A source told the tabloid site, "Harry had a meltdown after his father told him to 'back off' from Cress because of her family problems."

One of those problems is said to be Bonas' step-father's alleged suicide. The insider added Prince Charles is worried that connecting his family to a tragedy like that will tarnish the image they have worked so hard for.

"Charles has been thrilled that the Royal family's credibility was restored after Prince William married Kate Middleton and (their son) Prince George was born. Charles doesn't want Cress' family problems to cost them all that good will."

While Prince Harry reportedly stood up to his father and declared his love for his girlfriend of almost two years, Prince Charles still doesn't seem convinced.

"Harry told his dad he loves Cressida, but Charles isn't sure she's royal material...Harry is under huge pressure to dump her, and friends say he's 'broken in two' at being torn between his family and his lover."

Prince Harry has already given up flying Apache helicopters for Bonas.
