Keeping up with the Kardashians star Kim Kardashian won't be gracing the cover of Vogue anytime soon, a source for the publication confirmed to Radar Online Monday.

A Vogue insider said, "The rumors about Kim shooting the U.S. Vogue cover are NOT true."

A representative for U.S. Vogue also told Radar Online, "We do not comment on rumors of future editorial."

Speculation that Kardashian had the coveted spot started circulating Sunday after a site reported that she was in Los Angeles having a photo shoot for the magazine.

While it's not happening as of yet, Kardashian being on the cover of the high fashion magazine is definitely something she and her soon-to-be husband Kanye West dream of.

Just a few months ago the Bound 2 rapper told Ryan Seacrest that Kardashian deserves to be on the cover as she is an icon in the fashion industry.

"There is no way Kim Kardashian shouldn't be on the cover of Vogue. She is the most intriguing woman right now. She has got Barbara Walters calling her like every day," he said.

Still, another source maintained that Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour is not going for it, no matter how persistent West is.

"Anna is NO fan of Kim or any reality star appearing in the pages of the magazine."

Kardashian might not be as pushy as West is, but of course she's not against having a Vogue cover.

An insider told Hollywood Life, "Kim would die to be on the cover. She would get her life and it would cement her in the fashion world but there's no way she's about to ask Anna for that. She's not even pressuring Kanye for that. He's doing it all on his own.

As of yet, Kardashian has remained silent about speculation of her being on the cover.
