Kesha postponed her March and April tour dates to continue her stint in rehab for an eating disorder.

"I was so looking forward to performing at these dates but I need to follow my doctor's advice and get my health back on track," Kesha, 26, said in a statement.

"All of your support during this time has been so amazing. I couldn't have done this without you all. I look forward to coming back stronger than ever on the next tour."

Kesha Sends Special Message To Fans While in Rehab

According to Songkick, a website with news about live music events, Kesha had scheduled dates at the Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, Ind., on March 15 and the Kress Events Center in Green Bay, Wis., on April 13.

The Die Young singer entered a rehab program in Timberline Knolls, outside of Chicago, earlier in January to treat her body issues.

"I'm a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself, but I've found it hard to practice," Kesha told her fans via Facebook. "I'll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder...to learn to love myself again, exactly as I am."

In late January, Kesha also tweeted her fans to thank them for being by her side through the difficult time.

"Hey It's Kesha from treatment. I just wanted to say that this is really hard and necessary work. I'm grateful for all the love and support," she tweeted. "I couldnt do this without you."
