The Ladies' Snowboard Halfpipe Finals will take place at 12:30 p.m. EST / 21:30 Sochi time, and the event can be live streamed via NBC Olympics Live Extra.

There are 12 snowboarders who have qualified for the finals after the previous Qualification and Semifinal rounds that took place earlier in the day.

Among the Finals competitors are U.S. representatives Kelly Clark, Kaitlyn Farrington and Hannah Teter, China representatives Jiayu Liu, Shuang Li and Xuetong Cai, France reps Sophie Rodriguez and Mirabelle Thovex, Australia competitor Torah Bright, Spain rep Queralt Castellet, Japan rep Rana Okada and Switzerland competitor Ursina Haller.

Based on the results of the Qualification round, the main competitors to advance to the Finals will be Clark, Castellet, Bright and Teller, who each received scores in the 90s in either the first or second run.

As of Wednesday, the 2014 Winter Olympics overall look to be a competition between Norway, which is leading the medal count with 12 and Germany, which is ahead of them in standings with six Gold Medals. Canada and the Netherlands are also in the mix as potential spoilers.
