Bangladesh is set to play against India on Wednesday in the latest game of the Asian Cricket Council's Asia Cup 2014. The teams will be facing off at Narayanganj Osmani Stadium in Fatullah, Bangladesh, home to the first five Round 1 cricket matches in the 2014 Asia Cup.
Overall, Bangladesh and India have played 24 One Day International matches against each other in the teams' history. India has won 21 of those matches, with Bangladesh only winning three. However, Bangladesh did defeat India in the 2012 Asia Cup.
Bangladesh bowler Mashrafe Mortaza recently spoke about the upcoming match against India, explaining that it won't necessarily be an upset if Bangladesh beat them.
"I don't count it as an upset if we win against India," Mortaza said. "We have done it before. They have been playing in different wickets in South Africa and New Zealand but do well in the sub-continent, and we know this well."
