Justin Bieber Privates Exposed?: Judge To Release Video Of The 'Boyfriend' Singer Urinating Out Of Humiliation? [VIDEO]
It looks like Justin Bieber is getting involved with some more public controversy in upcoming footage that will supposedly show his private areas with reported approval from the judge.
On Wednesday, CNN reported that a Florida technician will blur out the pop star's private parts in a video of Bieber in jail. The segments supposedly show Bieber urinating in a cell, "revealing an image of the defendant's genitalia," Miami-Dade County Judge William Artfield wrote.
The videos are supposed to come from surveillance cameras inside the Miami Beach Police Department's jail.
Justin Bieber Compares Himself To Michael Jackson?
It appears that the Boyfriend singer's lawyer tried to argue that the video should be private, but the judge apparently rejected this statement.
"The court finds that images of the defendant while in custody at the Miami Beach Police Department are relevant to the public's right to know," Artfield ruled.
It looks like the judge may have made the demand for Bieber's privates to be blurred in the video.
"While the defendant may not enjoy all of the expectations of privacy that he enjoys outside of a jail setting, he still retains his expectation of dignity," the judge said.
This creates some speculation that the judge might be approving the video to be released purposely out of humiliation for the singer or a way for him to pay for his mistakes.
Bieber was arrested in January for alleged drag racing and driving under the influence.
A hearing will be held this Tuesday in Bieber's case, which will revolve around the singer resisting arrest without violence as well as driving with an expired license.
