Will Lindsay Lohan reprise her role as Cady Heron in a Mean Girls reunion? Fans of the comedy may be in luck.
When the actress stopped by the Tonight Show on Thursday to promote her reality show, which premieres on OWN on Sunday, she revealed some exciting news about the movie's upcoming 10th anniversary.
Lohan said that Tina Fey, who co-wrote and starred in the comedy, told her she wants to plan something with the entire cast.
"When I was backstage I saw Tina and she mentioned maybe doing some sort of reunion," Lohan told host Jimmy Fallon.
Lohan seemed excited about the prospect and said she would definitely be a part of it.
The 27-year-old recently had a mini Mean Girls reunion as she met up for dinner with former costar Daniel Franzese in New York City.
The two posed for an Instagram photo, posted on Feb. 5 with the caption, "@whatsupdanny #soquiche #werknyc."
Franzese, who played her best friend in the flick, reposted the picture along with a witty caption and a Mean Girls reference.
"Sexy #regram from @lindsaylohan a Classic NYC moment after an amazing dinner at #BodegaNegra You can't sit with us!" he wrote.
On Feb. 14, the two also met up with another Mean Girls star -- Rajiv Surendra, who played Lohan's classmate. They also posed for a cute photo.
"@whatsupdanny #RajivSurendra #youcantsitwithus#soquiche #klangkarussell #KevinG," Lohan wrote as the caption.
Mean Girls, which hit theaters in April 2004, also starred Rachel McAdams, Lacey Chabert, Lizzy Caplan and Amanda Seyfried.
