Billy and Victoria's relationship continues to crumble on The Young and the Restless and everyone is noticing.

Chloe Goes To Mental Hospital As Adam's Still Alive? 

Abby sees Jack working at Jabot and the two strike up a conversation. Jack is taken aback by Abby, who calls Kelly a homewrecker. He sympathizes with Kelly because she lost a child too. Jack also reminds Abby that Billy is an adult and can make his own decisions. Yet, Abby doesn't change her mind about Kelly.

The drama continues for Billy back at home with Victoria. Billy explains that Kelly's voicemail is not at all what it seems. He then tells Vikki that while he was talking to Kelly in the park, she was mingling with Stitch.

Ian Ward & Chloe Get Arrested For Bad Behavior? 

Billy also makes a confession. He tells his wife that he didn't tell Kelly they shouldn't be friends again. He explains that he didn't have it in him to hurt Kelly's feelings.

Vikki is shocked and asks, "Since when are her feelings more important than mine?" She leaves in tears.

Billy later asks Jack if he can crash at his house for the night. Billy admits to Jack that he and Kelly do have a connection. When Billy leaves for Jack's house, Jack calls Kelly to invite her to lunch.

In the meantime, Lily and Kelly speak about the situation at the Club. Lily tries to comfort her friend and says that everyone makes mistakes. She reassures Kelly that she's a good person.

Kelly then says that she feels she can be around children again. Lily says she'll call a friend who works in the school system. She also tells Kelly she wants her to meet her friend who is a dentist. But, Kelly isn't interested to meet him. Lily asks if Billy's the reason, but Kelly says no.
