One of the first glimpses fans got of Ariane Williams on Basketball Wives LA was her verbal altercation with co-star Draya Michele.

The two argued over Draya's past fling with NBA player DeShawn Stevenson, the father of Williams' children and her ex-boyfriend of eight years. Draya discussed the athlete when she visited The Wendy Williams Show in 2011 and said the two "dated for a little while."

"It didn't come across the way I wanted it," Williams told Enstars by phone on March 5 of the altercation. "I had a few questions because of things she has said herself and regardless if it was years ago it was relevant at that time because [she] said it."

Off-screen, Williams is more than just a reality star and arm candy. The mother of two recently launched the lifestyle brand, o2bArie LLC, which combines her passion for fitness, health and fashion.

She wants it to be an outlet for women who seek fitness advice and she also plans to create a line of "sensual" workout clothes.

"I'm all about empowering women," Williams, 31, said. "I want to help women find that confidence. I want women to let go of their inhibitions and just really become comfortable in their own skin."

Williams has been a certified personal yoga instructor in Los Angeles for the past three years. When she's not working out, she focuses on her diet, which contains mostly organic products and no canned foods.

"I cook dinner for my kids probably four to five times a week so I'm very serious when it comes to that," she said. "I don't let them eat bad food."

While completing her bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising at California State University, Fresno, Williams is also training for her second half marathon taking place on March 29 in Los Angeles.

Yet, Williams' career and fitness goals won't be emphasized on VH1's Basketball Wives LA, which she joined during season 3. Instead, she hinted that there may be more drama in the episodes to come.

The reality star also noted that she has no desire to have tension with the other women on the show and wants to clear up the first impression many may have of her.

"I think that people have this misconception that I'm bitter, angry, jealous woman and the people who know me are probably laughing at that because that is not the case and that is not me," she said. "I just want people to know me for who I really am."
