If being kicked out of rehab wasn't bad enough for Fine China singer Chris Brown, it landed him behind bars.

Chris Brown Diagnosed With Bipolar Disorder

Brown was tossed out of the rehab treatment center in Malibu for the second time in four months, which violated a judge's orders for him to get treatment until an assault case in Washington D.C. was settled. Since he technically left the facility, he violated the judge's orders, causing him to go to jail. (He did previously serve a mandatory 90 days for the assault incident involving Diamonds singer Rihanna, but he was ordered to check back in until the Washing D.C. case was complete.)

The ultimate question that lies now is why he was kicked out of rehab. One speculation is that it had to do with his alleged "inappropriate relationship" he had with a female worker earlier this month.

However the L.A. County Sheriff's Department did release the following statement to provide insight:

"Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies were made aware of a warrant for the arrest of Suspect Chris Brown on Friday, March 14, 2014. At about 2:00PM, Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's deputies arrested Suspect Brown for the warrant at a location he was staying at in the city of Malibu. Mr. Brown was cooperative when taken into custody. He is being held without bail at the Inmate Reception Center of the Los Angeles County jail in downtown Los Angeles. The warrant was issued related to assault with a deadly weapon and criminal threats crimes which occurred on February 7, 2009, in the City of Los Angeles. The incidents were investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department and prosecuted by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. The warrant was issued for a probation violation related to his conviction."

Back in November Chris was thrown out of rehab when his mom paid him a visit and he threw a rock at her car for slamming his on-again-off-again girlfriend Rihanna.

A source close to Brown told Hollywood Life, "He's going through some serious [stuff] and he wants all his legal troubles to just away. It's hard for him, he's hurting. He's got [two more months] of anger management to do and that's fine. But this whole D.C. thing is looming over his head and he feels like there's no end in sight. It is what it is. This too, shall pass."
