Bachelor star Juan Pablo Galavis' girlfriend Nikki Ferrell has abandoned her once high standards for her new relationship, according to her ex-boyfriend.

Ryan McDill, Ferrell's one-time boyfriend, said the pediatric nurse is giving Galavis a free pass to treat her poorly. In the new issue of Us Weekly, he reveals that Ferrell had higher standards when they dated, and after the way Galavis treated her and other women on Season 18 of the ABC hit show, McDill is surprised by her decision to stay with him.

"Knowing her like I do, I'm surprised Nikki acted like everything was fine during After the Final Rose," McDill said. "She normally wouldn't take that s--t from a guy."

Ferrell, who recently posted a picture of she and Galavis at a wedding in the Dominican Republic, has fiercely stood by her man despite his status as the Most Hated Bachelor of all time. She unfortunately has found herself guilty by association as a result, and has been on the receiving end of the backlash as well.

Shortly after the show ended, she tweeted on March 11, "Being in the public eye does NOT give you the right to say what you want to me. Your words hurt no matter what. Be ashamed of yourselves." 

As audiences ponder her new change of heart, McDill remains shocked by it, adding "The Nikki I know would have slapped him and walked out."

However, Galavis' friends revealed to Us Weekly that he always gets his way and casts spells over the women he dates.

"Girls who date Juan do what he wants," one source said.
