Glee fans wondering if they would ever see Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) again as the show moves exclusively to New York may finally have their answer.

Lea Michele, who plays Rachel, told TVLine at Glee's 100th episode party Tuesday night that Sue will be in New York for at least one episode.

Glee Regular Since First Episode NOT Returning for Final Season?

"We're shooting [Funny Girl's] opening night right now, and a lot of the original cast members come back to see Rachel," Michele said, which likely includes Sue.

"I am shooting an episode now, and Sue is in New York," Lynch added. "I probably shouldn't tell you how she gets there, but I will say that she falls in love and it's a lot of fun. She does some 'Sue's Corner's when she gets home, because she's changed by New York."

Blaine, Artie & Sam to Become "Nobodies" After Move to New York?

Michele previously revealed the dynamic of Glee moving forward as it transitions to a New York-only show.

"It's New York now," Michele explained recently to E! Online. She then listed off her, Chris Colfer (Kurt), Darren Criss (Blaine), Chord Overstreet (Sam) and Kevin McHale (Artie).

Curiously missing from this list was Naya Rivera (Santana), but Rivera addressed rumors of a possible exit recently, essentially saying that people make too big of a deal out of "little things" like Michele's listing.

With the glee club kids graduating from high school, the show is in full transitional mode as Glee will spend the rest of the series in New York.

Glee season 5 airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on Fox.
