Fashion designer L'Wren Scott's funeral is scheduled to be held in Los Angeles, Calif. later this week.

L'Wren Scott Commits Suicide

Friends and family members of the designer are set to say goodbye to her during a final viewing and burial in California at the request of her boyfriend, Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger. Jagger, who cancelled his Australian tour and flew home mid-week, reportedly asked to have the funeral in California, a request Scott's brother, Randall Bambrough, complied with, The Daily Mail reports.

Jagger's bandmate, Charlie Watts, reportedly told the publication that Jagger has been left dazed and unwell since his girlfriend's suicide on March 17.

"He's holding up, He's okay," Watts said. "He's not really well. He's not really here. It was such a shock."

Scott and Jagger had been dating since 2001.

Scott's body was found in her Manhattan apartment Monday around 10 a.m., by an assistant. She had reportedly taken her own life and was hanging with a scarf tied around her neck, still attached to a doorknob.

Though she left no note detailing any reasons why she chose to take her own life, it was reported that her company was actually a reported $6 million in debt, which has caused many to speculate that Scott ended her life because of the financial trouble.

Scott began her career as a Hollywood stylist in the 1990s, and had designed costumes for films including Diabolique, Ocean's Thirteen, Eyes Wide Shut and Shine a Light, a Martin Scorsese documentary about Jagger and The Rolling Stones.

She was also forced to cancel her London Fashion Week show in February after production delays.
