Sutter spoke to E! News and shared her biggest pointers she thought would be beneficial to Dorfman, starting with letting her guard down.

"I want her to be open to the different types of personalities and open to the full experiences and giving herself fully, you know, committing fully to the process...have fun, be adventurous," Sutter said. "It's a once in a lifetime opportunity. And be grateful. Bottom line is be grateful for the opportunity and have fun with it!"

Sutter also opened up about balancing a demanding career and finding love on reality television in front of millions.

"I can't even imagine as an assistant district attorney stepping into that role. I mean just as a pediatric physical therapist, I was like 'What is my work going to think seeing me on television?'" Sutter said. "But just from that perspective I truly hope that she's able to put any professional or career concerns out of her mind and fully invest in the process."

"Because you have to in order to really get everything that you can out of the process and end up with the person that you are supposed to be with," she added.
