New documents obtained by Radar Online in an article published Thursday reveal that the trustee handling Todd's case, Jason Pettie, filed a complaint against Julie back in February. He claimed Julie accepted "fraudulent transfers" from Todd in attempt to hide how much assets he really has from the bankruptcy court. He accused her of being the "recipient or benefactor of certain transfers from [Todd]."

Pettie claimed that Todd transferred 60% of his 70% ownership of Chrisley Asset Management to Julie at the end of 2011.

That year the company brought in $5,448,743. This was after creditors said Todd owed them "approximately $20 million" in 2010 and 2011. Todd also deeded his wife his interest in a condo in Atlanta before he turned around and sold it and used the money to pay Julie's tax debt that came a price tag of $86,003.28.

This was all just before he filed for bankruptcy in August 2012, making Pettie suspicious of the whole ordeal and causing him to accuse Julie of "fraudulent transfers with the actual intent to hinder, delay and defraud his creditors."

On top of that, Pettie pointed out that neither Julie nor Todd has had a job since 2012. Still, they "continue to live in lavish residences, drive expensive vehicles, and travel extensively."

Pettie also asked a judge to order AOL and Google to seize all of Todd's e-mail accounts so he can see how much money Tod really has coming in.
