Teresa Giudice is learning who her real friends are after she pleaded guilty to fraud charges last month; the Manzo family who were her former The Real Housewives of New Jersey co-stars doesn't seem to be on the list.

After Caroline Manzo's daughter, Lauren, kept Giudice off her engagement party guest list, Caroline has claimed she and Giudice were never friends to begin with.

Caroline told Us Weekly Wednesday, "She was never a friend. She was someone I worked with. Someone I knew."

Still, Caroline said there is no ill will between the two. Even though Giudice has remained good friends with Caroline's estranged sister and The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast mate Dina Manzo.

Caroline added, "When I had the opportunity to work with her and be a part of her life, It died my best. No ill feelings. My heart goes out to her and what she's going through now. I wish her and her children peace and nothing but the best."

Caroline left the show after the fifth season reunion and revealed that she doesn't plan on going back.

"It's history. It's in my past and that's where I'm keeping it. I walked away for a reason."

However she isn't leaving the world of reality television for good. Caroline and her family did get a spinoff, Manzo'd With Children.

In the meantime, Giudice and her husband Joe are awaiting their sentencing which is scheduled for July 8. They both pleaded guilty to fraud charges including bank, mortgage and loan.
