Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) have found a comfortable place in their lives for one another as they prepare to welcome a baby together, but things could soon spiral out of control for them on General Hospital.

Michael Struggles With Who Killed A.J.?

They will finally learn the sex of the baby they are having together on the Wednesday, April 16 episode, but any good news they receive about their baby could soon be tarnished when Sabrina's life is potentially put on the line by Ava (Maura West).

Carlos (Jeffrey Vincent Parise), Sabrina's boyfriend who is also the secret henchman for both Julian (Michael DeVry) and Ava, has come under suspicion by the police for the shooting and death of A.J. Quartermaine (Sean Kanan). Though he once tried to shoot A.J. at Ava's request, he failed at the mission, and A.J. was later taken out by Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard). Though Sonny is unaware that Ava killed Connie, A.J. and Carlos did know the truth. Now, knowing that Ava and Sonny are both murderers, Carlos could spill their secrets when he is taken in for questioning.

Carlos Under Suspicion In A.J.'s Murder?

However, in a preview clip for the week's episodes, Ava issues him a dire warning if he tells the cops the truth.

"What can you do to me, if I tell the cops you killed Connie?" Carlos asks while making a phone call to Ava while handcuffed in the interrogation room.

"I'll have to take it out on your little pregnant girlfriend," Ava replies.

If Carlos heeds Ava's threats as a warning, he could find himself headed to prison for a crime he didn't commit.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
