It looks like The Walking Dead may find itself a new big bad next season, and it could be played by someone who's quite familiar with popular television.

'Train Car Of Death' Answers Revealed?

On Tuesday, Movie Pilot mentioned that series creator Robert Kirkman revealed that he was planning to bring The Walking Dead comic book villain Negan to the show, and who he wanted for the role. Kirkman apparently told MTV News that he wanted Mad Men star Jon Hamm to play the bad guy.

"I think Jon Hamm would be perfect," the creator said. "I think after 'Mad Men' has run, Jon Hamm is going to have a Tom Hanks level film career, so I don't think he'll be coming back to television anytime soon. Although that would be cool!"

As for other characters for the fifth season, E! News said that a character with one leg is supposed to join the series. He will be a 17-year-old named Burton who seems to be a strong fighter while keeping the other characters' optimism up.

Josh McDermitt who plays Dr. Eugene Porter recently told Download.com that the mystery of the train car will be exposed in the new season.

"I'm supposed to have a meeting with producers before we head back to Atlanta, and they speak in vague generalities when they tell us what's going to happen," McDermitt said. "I have me theories, but we're obviously going to find out what happens in this train car of death that everybody's locked in."

The Walking Dead Season 5 is expected to premiere this October on AMC.
