SHIELD is in shambles, Coulson's team is scattered, and Deathlok is on his way back. Just when it seems like all is lost for Agents of SHIELD's heroes, Maria Hill will be popping by to lend a hand during "Nothing Personal."

What's Next For Coulson In The HYDRA War?

More than one member of the collapsed agency will be seeking out Fury's (Samuel L. Jackson) right-hand woman, but will the former agent be able to help either May (Ming-Na Wen) or Coulson (Clark Gregg)?

"I think, Maria being the high level person she was, takes the long view," said executive producer Jeffery Bell, according to Marvel.com. "I guess she's very pragmatic, or [at least] playing pragmatic. So when she shows up and we know that she's [working] for Stark Industries, in a certain way I think she's looking for a fresh start and a new way for her to help [the world], a new way for her to be involved, a new way for her to do good."

Unfortunately for Coulson, this may not be what he wants to hear.

"I think it's a great opportunity for her and Coulson to be in some conflict because he's the guy who doesn't want to let go, and she's the one that's clearly moved on," Bell further explained.

If Coulson is looking for someone to help rally the troops, Hill (Cobie Smulders) might not be the one he should be calling on. However, with Koening (Patton Oswalt) dead and May in the wind, Hill seems to be the only one other agent Coulson can turn to in his quest for Fury.
