Emotions are running high on General Hospital and things are only set to get more dramatic in Port Charles.

Sabrina, Patrick and Emma's Lives In Serious Danger?

It's still unclear who ran Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Sabrina's (Teresa Castillo) car off the road, but the end result of the accident is still what has everyone on edge -- Sabrina was forced to deliver her baby early, and now the son she and Patrick conceived could be in danger.

"I need to see my son," Sabrina pleads in a preview clip for the Monday, April 28 episode.

Patrick and Sabrina's Son At Risk?

While Sabrina pleads to see her baby, Patrick is worried that the little boy won't make it.

"Is my baby going to live?" he asks Britt (Kelly Theibaud) in the clip.

While they worry about their newborn son's life, Franco (Roger Howarth) and Carly (Laura Wright) are struggling with their guilt that by getting Carlos (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) to tell them the truth about A.J.'s murder, they set in motion the events that led to Patrick and Sabrina's current heartbreak.

"What's going on in there is our handiwork," Franco says.

Meanwhile, at the prison, Ava (Maura West) further hints to Carlos that she knows he told Franco the truth, and as a result she made good on her threats to harm Sabrina.

"I didn't tell anyone," Carlos maintains in the clip.

"Not even Franco?" Ava asks.

Ava may not have been involved in the accident after all, however, as at the time it happened, she and Sonny (Maurice Bernard) were commiserating over their guilt for killing A.J. and wound up having sex on top of his grave. Ava's boyfriend (and Sonny's son) Morgan (Bryan Craig) walked in and realized he had been betrayed, and went to tell Sonny's current love, Olivia (Lisa LoCicero). Now, when Sonny shows up to stop him, it appears it might be too late.

"Tell Olivia what you did," a betrayed Morgan demands in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
