Evelyn Lozada continues to show off her post-baby on Instagram and she looks great!

The reality star posted a new photo on Sunday, in which she sported black pants, a white crop top and snake skin heels. She revealed that she's not only working out but also getting some help from two weight loss programs -- GNC Live Well and YouthH20.

"My tummy is flat and I'm almost there! Will share my secrets with you on Tuesday with my #youthH20 fit 60 Day Challenge!" the new mommy wrote as the caption. Talk about inspiration!

Evelyn Lozada Talks Breastfeeding & 'New Beginning' 

The 38-year-old welcomed her baby boy with fiancé, Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Carl Crawford, on March 22 and only days later revealed that she was back in the gym.

Lozada posted a photo of a treadmill on March 29 with the caption, "Day 1 of my 30 day challenge! I can't wait to share my journey with all of you!"

Three weeks later she showed off her first set of results via the social network. In the Instagram photos uploaded on April 14, she wore a white tank top, blue sweatpants as well as gold sneakers and displayed her flat stomach for the first time after giving birth.

"Get ready ladies! My #60DayChallenge is about to go down! Thank you @GNCLiveWell and @youthH2O! #Results #BCuzItWorks," she wrote.

After facing a lot of turmoil in 2012 with her then-husband, Chad Ochocinco, Lozada is in a much better place.

"Everything that happened makes me appreciate him 1,000 times more and he also makes me a better person," she recently told Life & Style about Crawford.

"I would say my broken bridge led me to happiness," she also said. "If I had to do it again, I would because I truly feel complete right now in my life and I wouldn't change it for anything."
