A first look at the set of Terminator 5: Genesis were revealed in pictures published on April 29 by a fan website of the film.

New Film Title for Terminator 5: Genesis Revealed?

TheTerminatorFans unveiled a whole batch of images from filming, which is currently underway, in New Orleans. The pictures feature a whole bunch of vehicles, only destroyed and wrecked. In one shot two cop cars are smashed and wrecked, upside down. Another image features a massive windowless bus, parts of skeleton are visible and completely charred. The fan website speculates that in one of the photos the cres is trying to make some changes to recreate Eighties LA.

What We Know About the Plot and New Twists So Far  

Recently, the same website also brought out the first on-set photos of Arnold Schwarzenegger on set. In the pictures Schwarzenegger is seen strolling in on set wearing a pair of shiny leather pants and black glasses. In the other shot, the star seems to have changed into a pair of loose gym shorts and is seen perusing some frames on the camera with the a bunch of other people.

Pre-production for filming was scheduled to begin in New Orleans on April 21 and the first shot of the official clap board for the film was revealed on April 24.

Terminator 5 to Compete with Avengers 2: Age of Ultron and Jurassic Park 4?

The film stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, who will be reprising his role as the cyborg, and Emilia Clarke, who has been cast for the part of Sarah Connor.

James Cameron Disses Terminator 3 and 4; Will Cast Arnold Schwarzenegger in Avatar Sequel?  

Jason Clarke will play the part of John Connor and Jay Courtney will play Kyle Reese. The film is being directed by Alan Taylor.

Terminator 5 is scheduled to release in July 2015.
