Rumor had it that Twilight star Kristen Stewart was dating her good friend Alicia Cargile, and now the actress has supposedly given a reaction to the reports in a positive way.

On Tuesday, Showbiz Spy reported that despite the stories that Stewart could be a lesbian and that she's in a relationship with her female friend, there is actually nothing to be suspicious of and the actress is apparently finding the rumors to be humorous.

"Kristen couldn't stop laughing when she saw the reports she's in a lesbian relationship with Alicia," a source said.

According to the source, Stewart wouldn't keep her attraction towards women a secret if it was true.

"She said, 'If I was a lesbian, I wouldn't hide it- it's nothing to be ashamed of! Alicia and I are just good friend. That's all,'" the source said.

"Kristen and Alicia have been having a good giggle," the insider added.

The rumor started earlier this week that Stewart was turning to Cargile to help her get over her ex Robert Pattinson. A source had allegedly stated that the actress was really happy with Cargile.

There was also a report that Pattinson was planning to cut Stewart out of his life completely so they could both move on.

"He keeps denying her requests to hang out because he doesn't want to give her the wrong impression that they are getting back together," a source told Hollywood Life. "Let's be real-- if he wanted to see her, he could charter private jets all the time. He just doesn't want to."
