Just days after Prince Harry and his girlfriend of two years called it quits, new reports are circulating as to what caused the split.

While too much attention from the media, too much pressure to tie the knot and Cressida Bonas being too "needy" have been listed as reasons for their split, an insider close to the situation told Us Weekly Wednesday that their breakup had absolutely nothing to do with other people. In fact, they said the ex-couple argued too much.

Even though they do remain close, the insider revealed they had "just a few too many disagreements. Too much quarreling. There was no issue with royal pressures or Cressida being needy. That's all wrong."

Cressida and Prince Harry Still BFFs?

So what did they fight over? It's not completely clear yet but the source did say that the decision to go their separate ways was mutual.

"It just felt right for both of them to end it. They're at different places in their lives right now. It was a really tough decision to make, but they made it together."

Still, Bonas was all smiles when she was spotted the first time since the epic split Wednesday. The 25-year-old was seen in London rocking a black dress, an oversized denim jacket, sheer black tights and combat boots. She paired it with one of her go-to accessories, a multi-colored headband.

She could be smiling because it's possible the breakup is just temporary. The same source confirmed that a rekindled romance isn't completely out of the question for the on-again-off-again couple.
