Eva Marcille has been granted full custody of her and Kevin McCall's daughter, Marley Rae.

Just a month after filing a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend Kevin MCall, a judge has given the Top Model full rights to Marley with the Deuces producer having no visitation until their court hearing next month.

Back in March, the couple got into a huge brawl at their home, which allegedly led to McCall "violently kicking down" four doors and attempting to snatch their baby daughter from Marcille's arms. The model called police and told them that McCall went crazy during the argument, chased her around and threatened to hit her.

On March 28, Marcille obtained a restraining order against McCall and asked a judge to keep him 100 yards away from her.

A rep for Marcille told TMZ that she made the best decision for her family.

"It is unfortunate that life has thrown a curve Into Eva's life but as a responsible parent and adult she's taking steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their child and herself."

Last month, McCall posted her response to the domestic violence abuse reports via Twitter.

"Lmao ppl will say anything about anybody....especially a somebody. Don't believe the hype...this is hilarious."

Then he wrote on Instagram:

"Sometimes a man's purpose in a woman's life is to help her become a better woman.....for another man."

"Keep her happy fellas or someone else will...."

Before the baby was born, the couple appeared to be all smiles.

Back in August 2013, Marcille told BET that McCall was the man of her dreams, at the same time she announced her pregnancy.

"Being able to bring a life into the world is every woman's dream but for me it's more than just a dream it is a magical, mystical journey which I get to share with this amazing man." Marcille said. "Kevin is the only man who I would share this moment in life with."
