The first major death of season 2 of Devious Maids could be coming sooner than fans initially believed, as fear could eventually leads to accidental homicide.

Someone From Alejandro's Past Threatens Carmen?

After it was revealed that thieves were beginning to break into the fabulous mansions of Beverly Hills' wealthiest residents, Adrian (Tom Irwin) will begin getting fearful that it could happen again, and to anyone.

In a preview clip for the Sunday, May 4 episode, titled Dangerous Liaisons, he can be seen not only trying to convince his friends to all engage in a neighborhood watch, but he will go one extra step to ensure he has extra protection at his home.

Peri's Plans For Spence & Rosie Change?

"You're gonna get me a gun," he says to Tony (Dominic Adams) in the clip.

The move to arm himself in case he is robbed could wind up with deadly consequences however, as his wife, Evelyn (Rebecca Wisocky) is also seen running around her mansion frightened, and as a gunshot is heard, she jerks backward, implying her character could be shot and killed.

The danger could also hit home for the maids as they all face their own shocks. According to a plot synopsis, Marisol (Ana Ortiz) will be shocked by news she receives concerning Nicholas (Mark Deklin) and Opal (Joanna Adler), while Rosie (Dania Ramirez) will take Kenneth to a specialist.

Carmen (Roselyn Sanchez) will need to step up and give a performance in front of industry bigwigs following Alejandro's (Matt Cedeno) shooting, and Zoila (Judy Reyes) will go out for lunch with a sympathetic Genevieve (Susan Lucci).

Devious Maids airs Sundays at 10 p.m. on Lifetime.
