Bethenny Frankel, 43, has already moved on from her divorce to a possible new love.  The Skinnygirl magnate has been seen spotted around town with a newer, younger man, Michael Cerussi, 34, son of a prominent New York lawyer.

Pictures showing a dotting Cerussi with 3-year-old Bryn and former Housewife of New York Frankel have surfaced over the net, as reported to Daily Mail on May 2. . While they walked around like a new family, Frankel's former husband is coming after her with a vengence -- a $10 million dollar settlement vengence. Frankel has denied the settlement, the latest in a bitter divorce case that has dragged on for months. Custody of Bryn is the main debating point here. Hoppy reportedly wants joint custody, but Frankel wants sole custody. According to Radar Online on May 1, she's upset by the contentiousness of it all:

"I really did think it would be amicable. I absolutely did," she revealed in the interview.

Besides her new beau,  Frankel's also got a new book -- a children's book no less.  As noted in an earlier Enstars report, she is "excited" about the book which is inspired by her daughter Bryn.

"I am so excited because I have some big news to share with all of you - I wrote my first children's book! And I'm so excited because it's a passion project. I love my dog Cookie, I love my little peanut Bryn, and the dynamic between them inspired me to write this book called Cookie Meets Peanut," she said.

Frankel is definitely not one to mess with. Besides being the impresario of the Skinnygirl kingdom, she had a fledgling talk show, Bethenny, and was also named the Top 100 Most Powerful Celebrities by Forbes.
