Cynthia Bailey and Kandi Burruss laughed off rumors that NeNe Leakes can get them fired from The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

While on The Rickey Smiley Morning Show earlier this week, Burruss said of the speculation, "Are you kidding me?"

With all of the drama that popped off during the sixth season of the high rated Bravo series, fans are left wondering who will be returning for new episodes. Since Bailey and Burruss are just some of the cast members who have issues with Leakes, rumors have spread that the Glee star could get them fired.

NeNe Leakes Implies Scene With Cynthia Bailey Was Staged?

Bailey took over and said, "At the end of the day, although NeNe has been on the show the longest there is a certain respect that I have for her that comes with that...Last time I checked, she wasn't and executive at Bravo that was making those decisions."

Burruss chimed in and said it's the entire cast that makes the show a success, not just one person.

"Since the beginning, our ratings have doubled every year so everybody can say they brought something to the table. The first year that show started it was only like one million viewers. I know when I came on it doubled. When [Bailey and Phaedra Parks] came on it went up even more."

Despite one of the hosts attempts to get Burruss, Bailey and her husband Peter Thomas to name one cast member they wanted to be kicked off the show, they all agreed that everyone should come back for season 7.

Bailey said, "The ratings speak for itself."
