Despite wanting to win the $1 million prize at the finish line for The Amazing Race: All-Stars to fund their wishes to have a baby, newlywed couple Brendon Villegas and Rachel Reilly may come just short of their goal once again.

Connor's Life In Danger During Finale Task?

The couple, who is officially in the Final Three for the second time in their Amazing Race careers, is featured in new photos CBS has released for the finale episode, and in ones showing them, country singers Caroline Cutbirth and Jen Wayne (Season 22 4th place finishers) and Connor and Dave O'Leary (Season 22 8th place finishers), the couple does not look very happy -- hinting they may be approaching the finish line after one of the other teams, and do not win the $1 million.

In the photo, Reilly appears to have some sort of smile on her face, but it does not appear to be a large one, while Villegas isn't smiling at all, and in fact looks shocked. The two also do not appear to be running to the finish line either, and are walking instead. If they still believed they had a shot at first place, they would have likely been pictured running.

Dave and Connor 'Need Luck' To Win?

Though it could mean they will place second, it does open up the possibility that either Cutbirth and Wayne or the O'Leary's, the remaining teams in the Accidental Alliance against the Brenchels, will win the race overall.

In their photos, both Cutbirth and Wayne and the father/son duo of Dave and Connor possess big smiles, as they appear to be running to the finish line. The smiles indicate that one of the two teams could potentially win first place, and the other arrives after seeing that the team they had aligned with won -- meaning the Brenchels would be third.

It was previously reported that Dave and Connor would successfully win the race.

Meanwhile on social media, Connor has engaged with fans on his Facebook page, drumming up support for himself and his father and hinting that fans may need to be nervous for them in the Finale episode.

"Is anyone nervous for Dave and I?" he wrote on his page May 14.

A preview clip released by CBS for the finale episode does indeed give fans reasons to worry about the father/son duo, as it shows Connor getting dropped onto a burning structure while locked in a wooden crate. When he doesn't emerge, Dave worriedly wonders where he is as special guest and trick mastermind David Copperfield says they need to call the fire department.
