Just weeks before Teresa Giudice is set to be sentenced for fraud charges, rumors are circulating that she will give fans a first hand look at her legal drama in a tell-all book.

Giudice's sentencing date is scheduled for July 8, but before she potentially goes to jail for up to 27 months, she is said to be making sure her side of the story is told.

An insider told Radar Online, "Teresa is working furiously on a book about what's going on now with her. She's been approached and offered big money for her tell-all. There are a lot of publishers who want to get her locked down and make sure they have the book in-house."

The soon to be infamous memoir will cover extreme and intense details of her experience on the wrong side of the law as well as how their four daughters are coping with the possibility of both of their parents going to jail.

Teresa and her husband, Joe, pleaded guilty to nine counts of federal charges including bankruptcy fraud. The same source added that Teresa will confess to her part she played in the ordeal.

"Teresa's covering all of the tough times that she's going through. Everything, including how she's prepping the family for jail time for Joe and maybe even her, which she is praying doesn't happen. And she's going to admit everything that really happened as well as her fears about jail."

Teresa is penning the book as a stress reliever as she faces this difficult time and is using it as a way to "find the silver lining in the cloud."
