Controlled by eye bugs for the majority of season 3, Lourdes (Seychelle Gabriel) murdered and sabotaged her way through Charleston. Now cured courtesy of creepy baby Lexi, the doctor is opening up in the new season 4 prequel.

"I don't remember much," Lourdes can be seen explaining to another survivor. "Anyone watching, and you might not understand if you weren't there, the girl who did all those things was a killer and a mole [and] was not me. It was the aliens, it was not Lourdes Delgado."

While the cameraman appears to be making a documentary, it is later reveled he is merely fishing for information about Lexi. Luckily for him, he has found one of the only people who can claim to be close to the alien/human hybrid. Other than Lexi's mother, that is.

"[Lexi] saved my life, when everyone else was scared of me," Lourdes continued. "I will walk through fire for that little girl. If anyone ever tries to hurt her, human or alien, they'll have to go through me first."

Considering Lexi's questionable allegiances and clear supernatural abilities, it sounds like Lourdes will have her work cut out for her when it comes to defending the rapidly aging child.
